I turn messy, manual workflows into self-running systems — and legacy apps into something people actually enjoy using.
I'm Koppula Saketh Raja, a Senior Zoho Developer & AI Agentic Developer. For the last 2 years I've built on Zoho full-time — taking projects from first call to go-live, and keeping them running after.
Most of my day is Deluge — backend automations, scheduled jobs, moving data between modules. When Zoho needs to talk to something outside itself, I wire it up: REST APIs, webhooks, and tools like DocuSign and Mailchimp.
I also hold a B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence, which is why the AI side of my work feels like home turf.
I work at Insightcrew Technologies in Chandigarh as Senior Zoho Developer and AI Product Developer. So far that's 25+ projects across 20+ Zoho apps — CRM, Desk, Sign, SalesIQ, FSM, Inventory, RPA, Projects and more — plus AI agents built on Zoho MCP.
